Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after processing
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after processing

Eligibility

- Original tags and protective materials must be included

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our hygiene and quality standards, the following cannot be returned:

- Shoe Care products (once opened)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
